The three officers of Core Learning Matters, Inc., Phyllis Lundy, Catherine Teutsch and Kathy Stewart, have decided to dissolve the corporation in its current form, and instead work with each other as strategic alliance partners to continue to provide services to clients.  Catherine will continue to use the Core Learning Matters brand.
